I'm so grateful for so many things that Heavenly Father has given us, one being the opportunity for Blake to hold the priesthood. We've had so many blessings and learning experiences because of this great power. I'm extremely grateful for the examples (mainly his father, Kerry!) Blake has had to look up to and learn how wonderful and important it is to be worthy to hold these special keys. I know we will be forever blessed as we continue to live worthy.

Last Sunday, my heart filled with joy as Blake placed his hands on our daughter's head to give her a name and a blessing. We had so many family and friends join us in this wonderful occasion!!

Elsa looked like a little doll in her blessing gown made by her Grandma Thackeray.
So beautiful! Love the blessing dress. Wish we were closer... would've loved to have been there. Plus if Doug was there to eat some chicken tacos, you'd have less to freeze :)
